My Kid Is Gay is a first-of-its-kind digital space dedicated to connecting parents, caregivers, and educators with answers to their questions about the LGBTQIA (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex, and Asexual) young people in their lives. They offer advice, personal stories, and expert opinions from a diverse panel of writers made up of parents, young people, and experts! Their writers (including Lindsay!) tackle a large variety of issues such as gender identity, sexuality, sex education, and religion. A comprehensive approach to improving school climate in elementary school environments with training, resources, and lessons to help schools in embracing family diversity, creating LGBTQ- and gender-inclusive schools, preventing bias-based bullying, and supporting transgender and non-binary students.
A comprehensive, lifespan sexuality education curricula for use in both secular settings and faith communities. OWL offers interactive workshops and lessons to engage participants, while step-by-step instructions for program planners and facilitators help ensure success. Six curricula speak to participants' needs, by age group.
